Each row states the period, the minutes already included in the total, and what extra time costs once those minutes run out. Nothing is charged online; you pay at pickup.

03 How it works

Unlock, ride, return

Three steps at the pickup point. No app, no account, nothing charged online.

  1. 01

    Unlock

    Meet staff at your chosen return point, show photo ID (riders must be 18 or over), leave the 1,000 UAH refundable deposit, and take the helmet with the two-minute briefing.

  2. 02

    Ride

    Stay inside the period you booked: 30 min, 2 h, or a full day. Keep to cycle lanes and city streets, and leave sidewalks to pedestrians.

  3. 03

    Return

    Bring the vehicle back to any of the seven numbered return points and hand it to staff. Overage is 4 UAH/min for scooters and 5 UAH/min for e-bikes.

04 / Return

Seven numbered return points, each a short walk from a metro exit

Dock the scooter or e-bike at any pin below to end your rental period. Every pin matches a numbered row with the walking time from the metro entrance. The full set is listed on the return points page.

Overage is 4 UAH/min for scooters and 5 UAH/min for e-bikes, counted from the end of your period until the vehicle is docked at a numbered point.

04 Safety

Four checks before the wheels move

Rules, not reassurance. Every scooter and e-bike handover follows the same four checks at pickup.

  1. Helmet on, strap closed

    We issue a helmet at pickup. Wear it with the strap closed, in line with Ukrainian traffic rules.

  2. 18+ with photo ID

    Bring a passport or ID card. The rider must be 18 or older, and the 1,000 UAH deposit is refundable at return.

  3. Two-minute briefing

    Controls, brake check and the return points on your route. Ask questions before you push off.

  4. Local traffic rules

    Use the bike lane where marked, walk the scooter across crossings, and park only at a numbered return point.

Reserve a scooter or e-bike

What do I need at pickup?

You must be 18 or over and show a photo ID. A refundable deposit of 1,000 UAH is taken at the counter, and the two-minute safety briefing is compulsory before the helmet is issued.

How does the deposit work?

The deposit is 1,000 UAH and is returned in full at the designated return point once the vehicle and helmet are checked. Overage is charged from it: 4 UAH per minute on a scooter, 5 UAH per minute on an e-bike.

What are the rental periods and prices?

Three periods, one price each: 30 min for 150 UAH (30 min included), 2 h for 420 UAH (120 min included), Day for 790 UAH (600 min included). Nothing is charged online when you reserve.

Can I cancel a reservation?

Yes. A reservation is a request, not a payment, so you can cancel any time before pickup at no cost. Confirmation arrives within 15 minutes of submitting the form.

Where do I return the vehicle?

At one of seven numbered return points, each with a named landmark and walking time from the nearest metro station. The full list sits in the return points section and on the return points page.

What if the battery runs low or a fault appears?

Stop riding, park safely and call +380 939 360 0196. Support replaces the vehicle or closes the rental at the nearest return point, so you are not charged for the downtime.

No app, no account. Tell us the period you want, the return point you prefer and your pickup hour. We confirm by email within two hours, and the 1,000 UAH refundable deposit is taken at pickup only.
